Write to the ranch

A charge you do not recognize
LASSO is made by Powell Play. Depending on where the Gold was bought, the charge shows as:

If someone in your family bought Gold without asking, write to us before calling your bank. We will find the purchase and make it right. A dispute through the bank takes weeks; an email to us usually takes a day.
Refunds
Bought on the web. Email support@playlasso.com from the address on your receipt, with the date and amount. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card.
Bought in the Android app. Google Play handles these payments. You can ask for a refund in your Google Play order history, or write to us with the order number from Google's receipt (it starts with GPA.) and we will help.
Gold, Silver and items are for use in LASSO and have no cash value. If something you paid for never arrived or stopped working, it is always ours to fix.
Your account
- New phone or browser? Tap Retrieve account on the home screen and use the email you linked. Your Gold, ranch and crowns come with you.
- Not linked yet? Tap Protect account and add an email. No password, just a code.
- Delete your account and everything with it: playlasso.com/delete-account.
For parents
- LASSO is free to play. Gold can be bought, but nothing is needed to ride, win or build a ranch.
- On Android, turn on purchase approval in the Play Store (Settings, Authentication) or with Google Family Link, so every purchase asks first.
- On the web, Gold is paid by card through Stripe. Every purchase sends a receipt to the email used.
